A family business, not a franchise
All American is owned and run by people who live at the Lake, raise their families here, and answer the phone themselves. When you call, you’re talking to neighbors, not a call center three states away. It’s been that way since 1971, and it’s the part we’re proudest of.
The faces you’ll get to know
Ask around the coves and you’ll hear the same first names: Mike, Nick, Kyle. Our technicians stay with us for years, so the person who learns your property, remembers your dog, and knows your trouble spots is the same one who pulls in the driveway next visit. Uniformed, licensed, and genuinely glad to see you.
