These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the All American Termite & Pest Control website and the communications you may receive from us. By using this site or opting in to our messages, you agree to these terms.

Business identity. All American Termite & Pest Control — also written All American Termite and Pest Control — is a registered trade name (d/b/a) of All American Linn Creek LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. Both names refer to the same business. Text messages, invoices, service agreements and this website may show either name.

Text messaging terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in - for example, by checking a consent box or texting us - you agree to receive text messages from All American Termite & Pest Control related to your service, appointments, account, and (where you’ve agreed) occasional reminders or offers.

How to opt in: Provide your mobile number on one of our forms and check the consent box, or reply to a message from us, or ask the office to enroll you.
Message frequency varies based on your service and account activity.
Message and data rates may apply - check with your mobile carrier.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. You’ll receive one confirmation and no further texts.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or messaging consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Payments

Online payments and auto-pay enrollment are processed securely through Authorize.net. By submitting a payment you authorize the charge to the card you provide. By enrolling in auto-pay, you authorize us to keep your card on file with the processor and charge it for services under your service agreement; you may cancel this authorization anytime by calling the office.

Use of this website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation. Content on this site is provided for general information about our services and is not a guarantee of any specific result. Pest control outcomes depend on many factors specific to your property.
